We deal with all aspects of the rental including obtaining references, collecting initial deposits and first months rent,
arranging collection of all necessary proofs of ID and other required paperwork from the tenants including proof of
earnings. We draw up the legal documents including AT5 forms and short assured tenancy agreement.
What we don't do is charge you a monthly fee for managing the property and inspecting it every six months as we
have found that most tenants look after and maintain the property as this is their home.
If you are renting a property to a tenant through a managed let at £700 per month
the average charge would be 10% plus vat which is £84 x 12 = £1,008 per year and if the tenant stays for 10 years you will
have paid a letting agent £10,008 for what?. Perhaps a visit every six months to have a look at the property or to sort out a
faulty washing machine? We can do that for a small annual fee which is agreed when we visit you if you require it.
We will visit you at your home to discuss the rental and the marketing of your property, prepare an online schedule of
particulars which will include sizes and a description of each room.
We take professional quality photographs using quality cameras and wide angled lenses to show your property at its best.
An eye catching To Let board will be professionally erected and our aim is to get your property online ASAP.
Your property will automatically be presented on our own website and other major portals.
